  Here at Perth County Archery, we offer a variety of shipping options in the attempt to get our products in our customer’s hands in a timely manner at the best value possible. These shipping options are provided to our customer’s and paid for at checkout; but are then completed by third party couriers. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. These shipping estimates are just that, and we do not guarantee that the estimated shipping times are, or will be, accurate. Unless a certain courier is requested by the customer prior to completing the order at checkout; Perth County Archery will choose the lowest cost shipping option, that still meets our customer’s time frame; from one of our trusted shipping partners (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator). Once the customer has completed payment for their order, including shipping; and their order has been fulfilled and passed off to the shipping courier for delivery - Perth County Archery then relinquishes ownership of the bought and paid for items to the customer. This also includes ownership of the shipping label associated with their order, if tracked shipping is chosen; which was bought and paid for at checkout by the customer. Therefore, once an order has been fulfilled by Perth County Archery; we are no longer responsible for the customer’s order once it has left our hands. It is the customer’s responsibility to then deal directly with the shipping courier regarding shipping delays and loss of parcel, as Perth County Archery’s involvement in the transaction is complete, and the courier is now providing the delivery service for the customer

 A few other items to note that were not mentioned above:

  • Untracked Lettermail delivery has no insurance, or guaranteed delivery date. Use this form of delivery at your own discretion.
  •  All tracked shipping options will include $100 insurance. Please reach out before completing checkout if you would like to increase this number.
